Born in Milan in 1979, he lives in Sardinia up to the age of 18, realizing two short films, "Il Varco" and "Rimorso" presented during events dedicated to young artists under 18. In 2004 he graduates in Communication Sciences making in the same period two short films, "Valentine's day" and "La chiave neutra", medium-length film  "La scatola delle illusioni", produced by the University, and the documentary "Viaggio nei luoghi del Cinema" self-produced and presented as an experimental graduation thesis. Since 2005 he worked in Rome as an assistant director on feature films, such as "La Vita Oscena" by Renato De Maria, tv series, such as "Il Maresciallo Rocca", "Crimini", "Le Mani Dentro la Città", "L'allieva", "Sorelle",  popular commercials, such as "10 e lotto" directed by Paolo Genovese, and music videos, such as that of the song "Sottocasa" by Max Gazzè. In 2008 he directed the documentary "Cabras - Luci Suoni Colori", produced by the town of Cabras in Sardinia and presented for promotional purposes at the fairs of national and international tourism. In 2013, together with Gianluca Mangiasciutti, he co-directed and co-produced the short film "Senzaria", selected at RIFF Rome Independent Film Festival. Again with Gianluca Mangiasciutti he directed in 2015 "Dove l'acqua con altra acqua si confonde (Where water comes together with other water)", nominated at the final cinquina for Best Short Film at the David di Donatello Awards and Golden Globe and winner of the Studio Universal Award at Festival Maremetraggio. They continue their collaboration with the short films “A girl like you” (2016), selected - among others - at Oscar qualifying Foyle Film Festival, at the Nastri d'Argento and at the 74th Venice Film Festival (Giovani Autori Italiani). His latest short film "Je ne veux pas mourir" (2018), directed again with Gianluca Mangiasciutti, was selected at Oscar qualifying Cleveland Int. Film Festival.
